Returns Policy

At Royal Fabrics, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. To be eligible for a return, the fabric must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Due to the nature of unstitched fabrics, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, slight color variation caused by lighting or screen differences, or personal preference.

If the return is approved because of our error (wrong or defective product), Royal Fabrics will bear the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
